Standard. First half gets us to work. Second half after you've seen the final site and approved launch. Bank transfer, Stripe, or Wise — your preference.
14-day no-questions refund.
If within 14 days of starting you decide this isn't right for you, full refund. After that, partial refunds are prorated based on work completed.
30 days start to launch.
That's on us. If we miss the deadline, every day late knocks 2% off the balance. We've never missed one. The structure only works with the deadline.

If your Core 30 spec requires more than your tier includes, extra pages added at £99 each — agreed up front, before work starts.

GitHub repo transferred to you at handover. Host wherever you want. No subscription. No login we control. No tools that stop working if we disappear.

We don't overload. Waiting lists happen. If you book now and we're at capacity, you'll go on a queue with a firm start date — no "sometime next year".

Compared to a generic local SEO agency...
A standard local SEO agency retainer is £400-1,200/month. That's £4,800-14,400/year. Over three years, £14,400-43,200.
The Growth tier at £1997 — paid once — is cheaper than three months of a mid-tier agency retainer. You're also getting a rebuilt site you own, not "ongoing optimisations" that are largely theatre.
We're not always the right choice. If you genuinely need monthly oversight (you run a 12-location chain, say), a retainer model makes sense. If you're a single local business that just needs the rebuild done right, once — that's us.
