Refund Policy
14-day full refund
If within 14 days of your project starting you decide this isn't right for you — for any reason, or no reason at all — we refund you in full. No questions, no defensiveness, no "retention" phone call.
After 14 days
We assess refunds pro-rated against work completed. If the audit and sitemap are done (days 1-10), roughly 30-40% of your fee is retained. If content writing is in progress (days 11-22), roughly 60-70% is retained. You keep any work we've done up to the refund point.
Our deadline guarantee
We deliver in 30 days or knock 2% off the remaining balance per day late, up to 14% maximum discount. If we're late by a week, you save £280 off the Growth-tier price. We've never missed a deadline — but the penalty is there regardless.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the same address you used to request the audit. We process refunds within 5 working days to the original payment method.
Abuse
We reserve the right to decline clearly abusive refund patterns (e.g. same client requesting + refunding repeatedly). Hasn't happened yet. Hopefully won't.
