Services · 30-day done-for-you

What's in the scope.

The full deliverables list. Nothing hidden, no "premium tier upgrade", no surprise exclusions.

Phase 1 · Days 1-3

The audit and architecture.

We spend the first three days understanding three things: what's wrong with your current site, what's right about your GBP, and what specifically needs to change to align them.

  • Full current-site audit. Every page crawled, indexed status checked, on-page SEO reviewed, schema validated, Core Web Vitals measured.
  • GBP structural analysis. Primary + secondary categories, full service list, service area, Q&A, photo index.
  • Competitor Map Pack analysis. Who's ranking for your top queries, what their site structure looks like, where the gaps are.
  • Proposed sitemap. A draft of every page your new site needs, mapped to the GBP element it mirrors.
  • Approval before we write anything. You see the sitemap, approve it, optionally revise with one round included.
Phase 2 · Days 4-10

The build.

Every page scaffolded, styled, and technically set up. Writing begins in parallel so the content and build land together.

  • Astro-based static build. Fast (95+ Core Web Vitals), cheap to host, nothing to maintain.
  • Clean design system. One unified visual language across all 30 pages, not a patchwork of templates.
  • Responsive from ground up. Mobile-first, tested on real devices, not just Chrome DevTools.
  • Every page on its proper URL. Semantic URL structure that mirrors your hierarchy.
  • Clean internal linking skeleton. Breadcrumbs, parent links, sibling links, all hand-placed rather than plugin-generated.
Phase 3 · Days 11-22

Writing and on-page.

The heart of the work. Every page written, formatted, and optimised by us. No ChatGPT dumps, no scraped content, no filler.

  • Per-page research. We look at the top Map Pack results for each query, identify what Google rewards, and beat them on depth and clarity.
  • Written for real readers first. Proper English, straightforward sentences. SEO is downstream of content quality.
  • Intent-aligned per page. Informational, commercial, transactional — each page serves one intent, not five.
  • Title tags, meta descriptions, H1s — all set per page. None of them generic, none on plugin defaults.
  • Image alts, internal links, anchor text. Varied, relevant, human-written.
  • Local signals throughout. Neighbourhood names, travel terms, service-area phrasing specific to your region.
Phase 4 · Ongoing · Structured data

Schema, hand-rolled.

This is the bit most SEOs don't do properly. We do.

  • LocalBusiness schema on the homepage, with all the fields Google actually uses (name, address, phone, geo, opening hours, category, image, URL, sameAs for socials).
  • Service schema on every service page, nested properly under the LocalBusiness, with areaServed and serviceType set correctly.
  • FAQPage schema on pages with FAQs, with properly formed question/answer pairs.
  • BreadcrumbList schema on every non-homepage URL.
  • Validated against Google's Rich Results Test before anything goes live.
  • No plugins. JSON-LD, hand-written per page, lives in the page head where it belongs.
Phase 5 · Days 23-27

Technical and launch prep.

The unsexy infrastructure bit. Critical, usually botched, completely sorted.

  • robots.txt set up properly, with sitemap reference.
  • sitemap.xml auto-generated, all pages included, submitted on launch.
  • 301 redirects from every old URL to its new equivalent. Nothing broken, no lost rankings.
  • Google Search Console verified and configured for the new site.
  • Google Analytics migrated if you have it, or set up fresh.
  • Page speed tuned. LCP under 1.5s, CLS at zero, INP under 100ms. We test and retest.
  • Mobile audit. Every page tested on iPhone + Android at 3G speeds.
Phase 6 · Days 28-30

Launch and handover.

You get everything. The site, the code, the knowledge.

  • Final review. Every page walked through with you over video (optional) or written summary.
  • DNS migration. We handle the cutover; your site is live on your domain the moment you're ready.
  • GitHub repo transferred into your ownership.
  • GBP alignment instructions. Exactly what to change in your profile (category order, service descriptions, photos) to complete the mirroring.
  • 30-page handover doc. Every decision we made, why we made it, and what you should keep doing.
  • 60 days of free email support post-launch. Questions about rankings, minor tweaks, Google Search Console readings — all included.

Not included (on purpose)

What's explicitly not in scope.

We're saying no to these on purpose. Either because they don't work, or because they're someone else's job done well. Being honest about this keeps us focused on what delivers.

  • Link building. We do not do guest posts, PBN links, directory submissions, or any form of link acquisition.
  • Citation management tools. No Yext, Moz Local, Brightlocal retainer. Clean NAP is a one-hour job, not a monthly fee.
  • Paid ads. Google Ads, Meta, any paid media. We're an SEO rebuild service. Ads are a separate discipline done well by other people.
  • GBP management. Posting to GBP, responding to reviews, managing Q&A. We give you the instructions; you do (or delegate) the upkeep.
  • Content marketing. Ongoing blog posts, content calendars, topic clusters. The rebuild is a one-off; ongoing content is not.
  • Local PR. Getting you in local news, press releases, event sponsorships. Not our lane.
  • Ongoing monthly retainers. We do not sell maintenance packages. The rebuild is complete. You take it from there.
