Privacy Policy
What we collect
We collect the information you give us through the audit request form (name, email, business details, URL), and standard server logs from site visits (IP, user agent, requested URL) for security and debugging purposes only.
How we use it
Audit request data is used solely to reply to your request, conduct the audit, and (if you proceed as a client) deliver the project. Server logs are used for security and debugging and are deleted after 30 days.
Who we share with
We do not sell or share your data. Audit data lives in a Google Sheet only we access, and is mirrored to my email. Payment data is handled by Stripe and governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
Cookies
This site sets no marketing, analytics, or tracking cookies. It does not use Google Analytics. We may, in the future, add a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Plausible, Umami) that does not track individual users.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Email [email protected] to exercise any of these rights.
Retention
Audit request data is kept indefinitely unless you ask us to delete it. Client project data is retained for 7 years for tax/audit compliance.
