Terms of Service
1. Overview
RankLocalMaps is operated by RankLocalMaps Ltd. By using this site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
We provide a done-for-you website rebuild (the "Core 30") delivered over a 30-day period, as described on the services and pricing pages. Scope, deliverables, and timeline are agreed in writing before each project starts.
3. Payment
Fees are paid 50% on project start, 50% on handover. The final invoice is issued on the day of handover and payable within 7 days. Late payment incurs statutory interest under the UK Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
4. Scope and revisions
The scope agreed in writing at project start is fixed. Revisions are included as specified per tier. Additional work outside scope is charged at published hourly rates or as a separate fixed-fee addendum.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to your current website, your Google Business Profile information, and feedback on sitemap and content within the project's deadline windows. Delays caused by the client may extend the timeline without penalty to us.
6. Ownership and licence
On final payment, you own the site's source code, content, and assets outright. Before final payment, work is licensed to us for delivery purposes; we do not publicly display or sell client work as portfolio items without written consent.
7. Refunds
14-day full refund from project start, no questions. After 14 days, pro-rated refunds are assessed based on work completed. See our Refund Policy for full details.
8. No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee specific Map Pack positions, traffic numbers, or revenue. Search engine rankings are controlled by Google, not by us. We promise the work and the deliverables; the results depend on many factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankLocalMaps Ltd's total liability is capped at the total fee paid for the project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
